Under the theme “Solutions on Demand”, BAADER’s presence at this year’s event will address the key challenges and opportunities shaping the seafood industry. As processors face rising cost pressure, labour shortages, stricter food safety and animal welfare requirements, and growing expectations for more sustainable operations, BAADER continues to develop solutions that combine flexibility, reliability and long-term business value.
At Seafood Processing Global 2026, we want to demonstrate how seafood processors can increase productivity, improve quality and create more value from every fish,” says Dennis Schreiber, Managing Director Fish at BAADER. “Our solutions are designed to help customers respond to changing market demands, labour constraints and rising expectations in food safety and sustainability.”
At the exhibition, BAADER will highlight flexible and modular systems tailored to different species, production volumes and processing requirements. Backed by more than 100 years of expertise in seafood processing, the company continues to support customers with solutions that unite efficiency, sustainability and operational reliability.
BAADER’s showcase will span the full seafood processing journey. In primary processing, key highlights include the BAADER 102 stunning and bleeding solution for salmon, developed to support verified animal welfare and certified product quality, and the BAADER 144 Pro, a CIP-ready solution featuring advanced hygienic design for improved cleanability and more consistent hygiene control.
The company will also demonstrate how intelligent systems and advanced algorithms can enable the next level of automation. These technologies help processors make better decisions for each individual fish, improve product routing through the plant, maximize value and reduce waste.
In filleting and further processing, visitors will be able to learn more about the BAADER 581 Pro, the company’s flagship solution for salmon filleting, as well as flexible systems for multi-species splitting, fillet finishing and trimming. BAADER will also present solutions that support maximum raw material utilization, including equipment for descaling, skinning and pin bone removal, helping processors generate greater value from both premium cuts and by-products.
Another focus at the booth will be BAADER’s modular processing platform, which enables customers to configure, upgrade and expand systems over time. With intelligent controls, modern user interfaces, advanced vision systems and AI-based trimming features, the platform is designed to help seafood processors remain competitive in a rapidly changing market.
On Tuesday, 21 April, from 2:00 to 2:45 p.m. in room CC 5.2, Nils Rabe, Global Sales Director of BAADER and CEO of BAADER North America, will present “The Future of Seafood Processing.” The session will highlight key trends shaping the industry, including rising demands for efficiency, yield, automation and digital integration.
Following the presentation, BAADER invites customers, partners and media representatives to continue the discussion at booth 3JJ601. During an Expert Talk with Nils Rabe and members of the BAADER Fish management team, visitors will have the opportunity to ask further questions and explore the topics discussed in greater depth.
Refreshments and light snacks will be available at the booth, providing a welcoming setting for personal exchange and networking.
At Seafood Processing Global 2026, BAADER will showcase solutions designed to help seafood processors improve productivity, product quality, food safety and raw material utilization across a wide range of species and applications.
