Feature-based trimming makes it possible to perform precise - AI based - fillet trimming including fat fin, anal fin, belly fin, tail cut and surface trimming. — every detail is engineered for highst performance and food safety.

Looking ahead, the next generation X-Ray vision system will further enhance detection and automatically determine the most efficient, yield-saving cuts—combining maximum flexibility with optimized output.
