We are committed to offering you the utmost in product service, maintenance advice and spare parts delivery to ensure an optimal performance of your equipment now and in the long run. When we design and install our processing solutions at a customer’s place, we enter into a long-term partnership that requires professional and customized aftersales attention throughout the lifetime of the installed equipment. Our field service technicians are highly experienced and have in-depth knowledge about the poultry industry and BAADER equipment. They receive ongoing product training and have years of experience from installations and service operations worldwide. In addition to knowledge and experience, understanding local processing is key in order to serve our customers.
Production breakdown, weighing inaccuracies or other processing challenges have a
huge impact on plant profitability. A fast response time is therefore a focus in our daily
service support.
By using remote support tools, BAADER is able to assist and support customers worldwide with emergency situations for mechanical, electrical, software and weighing breakdowns.
In breakdown situations, we can provide the necessary skills at short notice to support customers using the most efficient and convenient methods.
We can supply mechanical, electrical, software and weighing technicians upon request to carry out reactive maintenance and support.
BAADER can provide the necessary skills to cover for a lack of labour within our customers’ maintenance departments.
With the experience and expertise of BAADER processing specialists and food
technologists, we can offer plant and processing reviews to optimize product flow,
product quality and yield optimization.
We offer multiple solutions for reliable ongoing maintenance to optimize processing
performance and reduce operating expenses. Our service support packages give you the
freedom to choose the amount of extra support you need to supplement your own staff.
Service agreements are regularly scheduled service visits designed to keep your processing equipment up to date and efficient. Our qualified service engineers carry out the service visits and will review and optimise performance as well as offer advice on spare parts replacement.
The standard service agreement includes:
Most plants would rather predict when a component will fail than wait for it to fail. If components fail during production, the failure is usually associated with unscheduled downtime, damage to other components and extra labour. As a result, repair costs increase and planned processing is jeopardized.
Scheduled maintenance based on comprehensive BAADER knowledge will optimise production uptime and minimise repair costs. Furthermore, a smoothly running process will improve yield performance, ensure high product quality and increase equipment lifetime.
In order to offer our customers the best-fit maintenance, we have designed three packages: Basic, Intermediate and Advanced maintenance agreements.
This service product includes a detailed time intervention map of planned maintenance as well as delivery of the spare parts according to the maintenance map.
Benefits
In addition to the basic maintenance product, the Intermediate Maintenance Agreement includes skilled BAADER technicians to supervise customers’ staff to carry out the planned maintenance.
Benefits
With this product, our customers never have to worry about planned maintenance. Skilled BAADER technicians carry out the planned maintenance according to a detailed maintenance schedule.
Benefits
Our customer service training programmes are designed to raise knowledge levels within
our customers’ workforce. It involves teaching the skills, competencies and tools needed
to drive more value from daily processing and to get the maximum benefit from the
installed BAADER equipment.
We define three types of training. Each one is adjusted to specific needs within the
customer‘s plant.
Level 1
The first level of training is a general introduction
to the customer‘s processing line and basic
equipment knowledge. The introduction can be
offered on-site or remotely.
Level 2
The next training level is performed on-site and designed for machine operators. It includes basic fault finding, machine operation and hygiene measures.
Level 3
The third level of training addresses the technical maintenance team and includes advanced fault finding, machine maintenance, machine optimization and product quality improvement processes.
Our engineering team uses efficient designs, durable materials and precise specifications to ensure optimised machine performance, hygiene and durability. Every component has been carefully chosen and goes through a comprehensive validation process.
We know your equipment and we know which parts get your machines running smoothly. Using replacement parts from other sources can damage the equipment and have negative financial and processing consequences. We are continuously developing our machinery and will always offer you updated parts.
When handling your spare parts orders, our dedicated customer support team uses the latest SAP system to ensure that quotations are converted into orders as quickly as possible.
Your order is tracked in the system and you will receive an order confirmation with the expected ready-for-shipment date and regular information via email about the order progress. When ordering spare parts for your machinery, please contact your local representative or the global Spare Parts Department (see contact information later).
When preparing the spare parts for shipment, we carefully choose the packaging material and the most suited means of transportation for each delivery. At BAADER, we only use professional, international transportation services to ensure fast and safe delivery. When possible, we provide you with an order tracking number so you always know where your package is and when it will arrive at your location.
Quality is a fundamental requirement in the supply of spare parts to the poultry processing industry. We continuously strive to develop standards of quality in both manufactured and purchased items and have implemented a structured quality control programme. Our personnel practises quality in their daily work activities and our Quality Assurance Department conducts methodical in-house reviews to ensure that quality lives up to demanded standards.
In addition to developing new processing equipment, we take great pride in securing the future of your BAADER installations by regularly offering machine upgrades that will refresh your equipment and have a positive impact on safety, performance efficiency, flexibility, throughput and hygiene.
The Eviscerator 218 backplate update improved the evisceration process. With the new tools, the spoon and hock work more accurately and the giblet packages are better preserved and transferred to the giblet transport line.
Tell us about your processing requirements and see how our experts can help you improve your quality, throughput and yield.
