First Contacts with England
Company founder Rudolph Baader pursued the mechanical production of the popular “kipper herring.” Recognising England’s potential as a key sales market, he established BAADER’s first overseas representation in 1929 through F.I.S.A.D. Co. (Fish Industrial Supply and Development Company).

1975
From the River Humber to Nationwide Reach
Founded in 1975 near the River Humber, first with a central warehouse in Hull, then expanding to a dedicated sales office in 1995 – always with a clear focus on serving customers across Britain and Ireland.

2019
New home in Rugby: Triton Park inaugurated in 2019
A new chapter: In 2019, BAADER moved to Triton Park, uniting warehouse, service, and sales in one facility – officially inaugurated by BAADER CEO Petra Baader and the mayor of Rugby, Bill Lewis, that October.
