ReAct, ReThink and ReDefine the future of sustainable food
With the Innovation Day, BAADER brings together researchers, scientists, and professionals from diverse areas to explore and discover the opportunities and roadblocks on the way to a more sustainable future of food.
The COVID-19 pandemic has demonstrated how the world can suddenly be turned upside down. Adjusting to the emerging changes triggered by this global experience will require efforts even bigger in scope, if the COVID wave will be followed by two even bigger waves of recession and climate change.

Presenting at the panel will be John Connelly, President of the National Fisheries Institute, Cyrille Filott, Global Strategist for Consumer Foods at Rabobank, Dr. Michael Hüther, professor at the German Economic Institute IWKoeln and Andri Snær Magnason, author and documentary film director.
