Superior Hygienic Design meets Closed Cleaning Concept (CCC)

BAADER 144 Pro is CCP-ready for unmatched hygiene. Automatic, reproducible cleaning procedures — controlled via the cleaning system of our reliable partner Aquatiq — significantly reduce bacterial load compared with manual cleaning routines, making hygiene control more reliable and consistent across shifts.

In terms of product quality and fish welfare this was the best choice.

We supply gutting machines to the seafood industry that has been in the market since the late 1990’s. That gives us a 25+ year head start over competition. We are 450 machines deep into the market and we learned from every single one of them and gained extensive experience with each one of them.”

stated Nils Rabe, Global Sales Director – Fish at BAADER.

Closed Design for a Safer Health Environment and Food Safety

The BAADER 144 is renowned for its closed design, which effectively prevents aerosols from spreading into the production environment. This is crucial not only for operator safety but also for establishing a new hygiene benchmark now in BAADER 144 Pro as well. By minimizing environmental contamination, the machine lays the groundwork for a production process that is both clean and controlled.

We are probably saving around 1 – 1,5 hour per machine just in cleaning work and we get the machine 99% clean - totally automatic. The soap consumption has reduced dramatically also. After we installed this CIP system in the machine we have had no listeria any more inside the machine. We are very happy with this result. It keeps our product safe and our customers happy.

stated Kristján Rúnar Kristjánsson

  • Closed Design avoids aerosols escape the machine
  • Tool CIP – cleaning of all ball valves, pipes and tools (no tool dismantling required)
  • Machine CIP – internal cleaning of the machine (visual clean or heat treatment)
  • Automated Cleaning and Documentation with AquatiqOne

Clean in Place (CIP): The Future of Food Safety

One of the most groundbreaking features is the machine's readiness for a Clean in Place (CiP) system. This system will be available for existing BAADER 144 (Retrofit) and new supplies from stock.

Automatic, reproducible cleaning procedures significantly reduce bacterial load compared with manual cleaning routines, making hygiene control more reliable and consistent across shifts. That means safer products and fewer interruptions in downtime.
