The inauguration of the most advanced poultry processing plant at the Pacific marks a significant milestone in Ecuador’s agricultural sector.

Founded by Murray Bresky in 1992, Murray’s Chicken is dedicated to the local community and deliv- ering top-quality meat. Today, Murray’s chickens are raised in the rolling hills of Southeastern Penn- sylvania and processed just over the New York state line in the Catskill Mountain region of Sullivan County. By partnering with a select number of family farms, Murray’s strengthens local economies and supports small farmers, allowing them to focus on producing broilers of exceptional quality and taste. Quality in all aspects is the driving force of the company.

Cermaq, a leading seafood processing company founded in 1985, is making significant strides in enhancing its production capabilities in Puerto Montt and Chiloé Island, Chile. The recent installation of state-of-the-art machinery from BAADER marks a key step in this process.

Proper live bird handling is crucial in any processing plant as it directly impacts animal welfare, product quality, and operational efficiency. In the poultry industry, maintaining the quality of birds from breeding through processing is paramount.

The yellow pigmentation in chicken products, derived from their diet, has long been recognized as a global marker of quality. For broilers, the characteristic yellow skin is often linked to a traditional free-range lifestyle and a diet rich in corn. This natural colouration, influenced by the chicken's nutrition enhances consumers' perception of the product's value.

There is strong demand for farmed Atlantic salmon in China. Farming it on land close to cities such as Beijing and Shanghai enables fresher products and reduced carbon footprint and logistic costs. BAADER is making a significant contribution to this project.

On January 26th, 2024, BAADER opened an office in Querétaro, Mexico, demonstrating our dedication to providing complete poultry processing solutions to customers in Mexico and beyond.
