BAADER has pioneered an innovative and globally recognized separation technique designed for diverse applications. Our method utilizes a specialized squeezing belt, with a patented chain support system, that gently presses materials against a perforated drum. Soft elements pass through the holes, while tougher materials—like packaging, wrappers, and cartons—remain outside the drum and are continuously discharged. This allows processors to efficiently use the smart recovery of resources that were once overlooked or discarded.

Patented Gentle Process
In many stages of food packaging production, rejected products are often unavoidable. Discarded organic material in composite packaging can quickly generate high tonnages. The BAADERING process enables plastics to be recycled, while edible materials can be reused in production, composted, converted to biogas, used as animal feed, or even transformed into new products. BAADERING has proved particularly successful for depackaging carton packages such as TetraPak with any contents such as milk, yoghurt, juice or soups.
