In consequence of the high fillet quality produced in BAADER 581 our automatic trimming machine BAADER 988 has new possibilities for trimming!

The BAADER 988 automatic trimming machine communicates also with the BAADER 581 Filleting Machine. Due to the new quality of filleting we gain new areas for trimming. Optimization of the line performance is the aim.

BAADER 988 works now with higher speed over the full size range of the fillets according to the higher speed of the new filleting machine BAADER 581. The BAADER 581 with its best fillet performance opens new ways for trimming in BAADER 988. Besides the normal features like different belly cut features, color grading, melanin spot detection, cutting recipes, statistics etc. the surface trim can now change its position from the belly to the neck area and an integrated tail cutter performs the best tail cut for the skinning machine. The detection of color, melanin etc. can be transferred to the following grader for sorting function.
