Customer Benefits:

• The skin is removed, leaving the silver mirror on the fillets
• Also available as a deep skinner
• Referring to special designed skin carrier rollers the fillets are treated softly and therefor they have a very smooth surface
• The BAADER 52 can be combined with all BAADER-whitefish and redfish filleting machines: BAADER 151, 182, 192, 200, 201 and 212
